This policy explains what information Zerufy Studio (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit zerufystudio.com or request a project, how we use it, and the choices you have. Zerufy Studio operates from Orlando, Florida, United States.

1. Information you give us in the form

When you complete “Start a project” we store: your name, your business name and type, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email (if provided), your website or Instagram (if provided), the services you are interested in, project size, timeline and any message you write. We also store the page you submitted it from.

This site does not ask for or store payment details, government ID numbers or passwords.

2. Information recorded while you browse

How you found us. On your first visit, your browser stores for 30 days the page you landed on, the site that referred you and, if you came from an ad, campaign details (for example utm_source). If you submit the form, this is sent with your request. It is kept in your own browser (localStorage), not in a cookie.
Technical data. Like any website, our host (Cloudflare) receives your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site.
Analytics and advertising. We use the tools listed below, which may use cookies or similar technologies. You can turn them off in .

3. How we use it

To reply to you and prepare a proposal.
To follow up on your request by WhatsApp, phone or email.
To understand which parts of the site and which ads work, so we can improve them.
To protect the site against spam and attacks.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other companies for their own advertising. We only send you promotions if you ask us to.

4. Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the site. Each handles data under its own policy:

Supabase: database where project requests from the form are stored. Their policy.
Cloudflare: hosts and protects the site. It processes technical data from each visit (IP address, browser) to deliver pages and block attacks. Their policy.
Google Analytics: counts visits and which pages are viewed, in aggregate. Their policy.
Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram): measures whether someone who saw one of our ads visited the site or contacted us, and helps us show ads to similar people. Their policy.
WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation stays on WhatsApp. Their policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Project requests are kept while we are in conversation with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact if we do not end up working together. If you become a client, records are kept for the length of the relationship and as required by legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

6. How we protect it

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our database uses access rules: the site can only create requests, never read them, and only our admin account can view them. No system is 100% secure, but we review these permissions and keep regular backups.

7. Your choices

8. Children

This site is intended for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
