The site presents Zerufy Studio’s services (websites, digital menus, catalogs, booking systems and other solutions for businesses) and lets you request a proposal. These terms are not a services agreement. Each project is governed by a separate written agreement with the client; if there is a conflict, that agreement controls.
2. Proposals and pricing
Prices, plans and timelines shown on the site are for guidance only. A proposal or quote does not bind either party until both sign or accept the project agreement in writing.
3. Acceptable use
You may browse the site and request a proposal. You may not: copy or resell the site’s design, code or text; use it to send spam or false information; attempt to access non-public areas, overload it or interfere with its operation; or use automated tools to submit forms.
4. Intellectual property
The design, text, code and the Zerufy Studio brand belong to Zerufy Studio. Portfolio work is shown with its owners’ permission; each business’s trademarks, logos and images belong to that business. Projects labeled “Concept” are design proposals, not commissioned work. Nothing on the site grants you a license to use this content outside the site.

The site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Instagram, our clients’ sites and others). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.
